To improve data visualisation skills amount BudgIT's team, redevelop their website and also to enable them to visualise Nigeria's 2013 national budget, as well as state budgets from six separate states. The grant will also allow BudgIT to work with the Open Knowledge Foundation to host a developers' workshop on getting, wrangling and presenting government budget data. Finally, part of this grant is to be used for platform promotion, primarily but not exclusiely through online advertising.
