We will acknowledge your complaint within 3 working days. The acknowledgement will tell you who will be handling your complaint and when you can expect a response. We aim to respond to your complaint within 20 working days. If we foresee any reason why this will not be possible, we will contact you and give you a new date for our response.
The Indigo Trust would strive to work together with you to constructively address and resolve your concerns and may involve other members of our senior management team and/or trustees. While the individual identity of complainants will be kept confidential, the lessons emerging from these are reviewed by the Senior Management Team to inform our approach and any actions that need to be taken to improve. Key actions will be reported to Indigo’s Board of Trustees.
The Indigo Trust is regulated by the Charity Commission for England and Wales. Please refer to the Charity Commission’s guidance on raising concerns about a charity.
