We like to know what our grantees are up to – not because we want to play the role of Big Brother, but because we are genuinely interested in the progress of projects, the hurdles they have faced and the successes they’ve enjoyed. More than that, though, we like to be as open and transparent as possible about what we do and part of that involves reporting back on the progress of grantees to our blog readers. With so many projects going on at once, however, it can sometimes be quite time consuming to read through multiple Twitter feeds, check all the blogs and visit grantee websites. That’s why we’ve decided to create a public Netvibes page that aggregates content from multiple sources and publishes them all in one quick, easy-to-read page. To view our new page, click here. And it will always be accessible here on our blog at our new Grantee Updates page.
We’ll continue to provide updates from our grantees as and when we get them, but in the meantime please do visit our new page and let us know what you think. It doesn’t include all of our grantees, just our most active social media sorts from BudgIT, iHub, Africa Gathering, the Co-Creation team and plenty of others.
